ORDERS:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at TheHikerHut.com is easy:

  • Browse by product type with the links in the top menu.
  • Once you have found an item you like, choose the size/color and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘CART’ icon at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.


2. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments are processed securely with your Credit Card or PayPal , which accepts both Visa and MasterCard.

 

3. HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

All orders are processed in US dollars (USD).

 

4. WHERE IS MY RECEIPT?

Your invoice sent to you via email will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

 

5. WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

TheHikerHut.com automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date.

If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history

 

6. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

We provide clear information on sizing on each product page under ‘SIZE GUIDE AND CHARTS’. If you are still unsure, please email admin@thehikerhut.com for assistance.

 

7. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT VOUCHERS OR COUPONS?

Of course! Sign up and be included in our mailing list for you to be the first to know about super deals, discounts and other promotional. 

 

8. CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field.

 

9. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If this happens to you, email us at admin@thehikerhut.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

We are unable to combine orders or add to an existing order once it has been placed.

 

10. I'VE PLACED MY ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

 

11. HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAXES AND DUTIES?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country to get your order through customs. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local/destination’s customs office for more information.

 

SHIPPING:

Wherever you can find outdoor-lovers! We ship worldwide though shipping can take up to 6 weeks for orders outside of United States.

 

2. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!

Due to high demand of some of our promotional products, please allow 21 - 40 business days (average) for the items to arrive.

If for any reason whatsoever your items do not arrive within 21 - 40 business days (average) from the purchase date, please email us at admin@thehikerhut.com

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

You can track your order here using your tracking ID.

 

PRIVACY:

1. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

TheHikerHut.com adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology),which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.

Your credit card information is only available to PayPal in order to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

REFUNDS:

1. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

TheHikerHut.com is committed to making sure that each customer is happy with a purchase. We don't want to give you more hassles.

When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

  • Wrong Item Received

If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use these information to correct your order.

  • Missing Orders

If you have not received all of your orders, please send us your order ID and the tracking number to help us locate your item.

  • Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.

  • Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.

**Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.
